Welcome to Green Lake County and “the best little fair around.” The 2018 Green Lake County Fair takes place August 2 to 5, and will hold many special activities and events.

The Fair offers something for everyone, from educational programmers to musicians, with agriculture education and fascinating exhibits by county youth and adults. And don’t forget the livestock judging leading up to the Livestock Auction on Friday, August 4.

Food vendors will provide visitors with great experiences at affordable prices, and excitement awaits on the midway with more food and carnival rides. The Fair will host truck/tractor pulls and a Demolition Derby. An admission fee applies to track events.

The Fair is a showcase for the county’s youth and adults who plan all year for the Fair entries. The youth work on projects to expand their skills and knowledge and share what they’ve learned with fairgoers through conversation and exhibits.

The county’s UW-Extension Office and Green Lake County Board of Supervisors oversee the Fair, along with assistance from many volunteers. Support for the Fair is shown through the Community Involvement Program (CIP), which includes area service organizations, individuals, and businesses.
